Locstar smart door lock is shipping worldwide covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and more. We use the trusted service of major international carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx,China post), trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely. The address in Hong Kong, China is the company's business point, and the products sold are shipped from the factory warehouse in Shenzhen, China by default.

Shipping Time
International shipping: about 3-10 working days, Since the factory is closed on weekends, we will only process your shipping orders on working days by default. Due to the large volume of factory orders, the orders will be processed delivery within 72 hours on working days. If your shipment is shown in transit, it will not be affected. We are always work to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Cost
Most of our products enjoy free home delivery, but some specific products are not excluded.(Please refer to your payment page for specific information)
Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent in email immediately after we ship the order out. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order.(Please note that tracking information will only be updated online in 1-3 working day after your order has been shipped.)

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment.
