2,Return and exchange review: We will process your return and exchange application as soon as possible. We will carefully evaluate your application and ensure that it complies with our returns and exchanges policy. 3,Return and exchange processing:
- Returns: If you decide to return an item, we will provide you with a return address and return instructions once your return request is approved. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and return it in secure packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, we will assist you with the exchange process once your exchange request is approved. Please ensure the product is in original condition and consult with our customer service team about available replacement products. Once we receive your returned product and confirm an available replacement product, we will arrange an exchange withinย 3 working days.
4,Return and Exchange Conditions: You may not receive a full refund or your exchange may be restricted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been used or damaged;
- The product is no longer in original condition, for example missing original packaging or accessories;
- The return and exchange application deadline has expired.
- Factory has shipped๏ผย Bank charges a 6% payment processing feeย + customer bears return shipping fee
- Factory has not shipped๏ผBank charges a 6% payment processing fee.
