3D Face TUYA WIFI Smart Door Lock LS-S300

Users who upgrade old locks need to pay attention to the following points:

1，Multi-directional measurement of old locks.(refer to the picture example)

1-1. Measure the size of the old lock panel. 

We have many different sizes of smart locks, please refer to the product details for details, make sure the size of the smart lock you choose can replace the old lock. (1. New doors do not need to consider this. 2. Double-hole American doors recommend C87/C88 with traditional mechanical door handles)

1-2. Measure the distance between the center point of the old lock's mechanical keyhole and the edge of the door.

Models we support are:20xx，25xx，28xx，30xx，35xx，40xx，45xx，50xx，60xx，65xx，70xx，75xx.

1-3. Measure the distance between the center point of the old lock handle and the mechanical key hole.

Models we support are:xx50，xx68，xx72，xx85.*Single-tongue(#DS) lock bodies are not affected.

1-4. Measuring the old lock Mortise faceplate size.

*Mortise faceplate supports the 5050 lock body size of 145*23mm.
*default Mortise faceplate size for other lock bodies is 230*23mm.
*Single-tongue(#DS) lock bodies are not affected.
Please contact Locstar for manual processing after purchasing Mortise faceplate of other sizes! !

2，Measuring the thickness of the door. (refer to the picture example)

Door thickness we support is around 35-120mm. If your door thickness does not meet this requirement, please contact Locstar staff after purchase. They will manually adjust the screw length to ensure that the product can be installed and used normally after receipt!

3，Determine the direction of the lock handle. Right handle(A/B)  Left handle(C/D). (refer to the picture example)

Currently, only the 8058/8072 models require confirmation of the handle installation direction before shipment. Other models do not require confirmation. We will upgrade and solve the problem as soon as possible!
